Effective date: 10 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Poor & Broken Games ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you download, access, or play Rival Gangs: Final Contract (the "Game").

1. Summary

The Game does not require you to create a Poor & Broken Games account or directly provide your name, postal address, or payment-card details. The Game may, however, use third-party services for advertising, consent management, app distribution, and in-app purchases. Those services may process device, advertising, diagnostic, and transaction information as described below.

2. Information that may be processed

  • Device and app information: device type, operating-system version, language, app version, identifiers, and general technical information.
  • Advertising information: advertising identifier where available and permitted, ad impressions, ad interactions, consent choices, and information used to provide personalized or non-personalized advertising.
  • Network and approximate location information: internet protocol (IP) address and approximate location inferred from it. The Game does not request precise GPS location for its core gameplay.
  • Diagnostics: crash information, performance data, and other technical information used to keep the Game stable and secure.
  • Purchase information: product ID, purchase status, purchase token, and order or transaction identifiers associated with Nova Units or other in-game products. Payment-card details are processed by Google Play and are not provided to us.
  • Gameplay information stored on your device: mission progress, Player Class, Nova Energy, Nova Units balance, selected ships, settings, and achievements. Unless a future cloud feature is clearly introduced, this gameplay information is primarily stored locally on your device.

4. How information is used

Information may be used to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
  • save and display gameplay progress on your device;
  • serve and measure ads, including rewarded ads;
  • process purchases and provide purchased Nova Units or other items;
  • detect fraud, invalid advertising activity, abuse, or security incidents;
  • diagnose crashes and performance problems;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
  • respond to support or privacy requests that you send to us.

6. Advertising and your choices

The Game may display interstitial and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region, age treatment, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

For eligible users in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Game will use a consent message to request and manage choices where required. A privacy-options entry point should remain available when required so that you can review or change those choices. You can also review Google advertising controls at Google Ads Settings.

7. In-app purchases

Optional purchases, including Nova Units or other digital items, are processed through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment method and payment-card information. We may receive or process product identifiers, purchase tokens, order identifiers, and purchase status information to confirm the transaction, provide the purchased content, prevent fraud, and handle support or refund requests. Google Play's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.

8. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be shared with service providers such as Google only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or where required by law. Personalized advertising can be treated as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws; where required, consent or opt-out controls will be provided through the applicable consent or privacy interface.

9. Data retention

Locally stored gameplay information normally remains on your device until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it. Information processed by Google or other service providers is retained according to their own policies and legal obligations. We retain support communications and any transaction information available to us only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

10. International data transfers

Third-party providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, those providers are responsible for using lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. In France, the supervisory authority is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

If you are under the age at which you may independently consent to data processing in your country, use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have directly collected personal information from a child in a way that violates applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Game and the information available to us. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
